We support the “Treat Others the Way You Want to be Treated” philosophy. We judge by a person’s character and not anything that a person can’t control such as the color of their skin. You will NOT find any information about our non-existent Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) program.
We prefer those with a thirst for knowledge and pursuing expertise but without any college experience. We have found that those without college experience are more driven. Those who attended college tend to want to be told what to think instead of using their God given creativity and ingenuity. We also find that those with college experience tend to have a distain for God, entrepreneurship, capitalism and patriotism.
