We prefer those with a thirst for knowledge and pursuing expertise but without any college experience. We have found that those without college experience are more driven. Those who attended college tend to want to be told what to think instead of using their God given creativity and ingenuity. We also find that those with college experience tend to have a distain for God, entrepreneurship, capitalism and patriotism.
